David Prag - Managing Partner

Financial and business consultant. Senior consultant based in Bucharest between 1994 and 1998 for a leading management consultancy. Involved in management of privatisation, change management and training assignments during a period of intense change resulting from economic liberalisation.

David is a trained systems analyst, and speaks English, French and Hebrew. His experience includes planning and management of long term development projects and short term consultancy assignments, many financed by EU. His work has ranged from planning a US$500 million project for rehabilitation of a food production/processing complex in Russia, through logistics and marketing of EU food aid to Eastern Europe, to review of World Bank country programmes.

Ana Negrila – Senior Partner

Ana Negrila holds degrees from both the UK and Romania - an M.Sc. in Information and Knowledge Management from London’s Metropolitan University, awarded in 2003, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, awarded in 1982.

Ana has been involved in many aspects of business investment and development, from strategic and financial planning, through systems design and implementation, to both formal and on-the-job training. She is fluent in English as well Romanian, and skilled in the use of a number of business software applications.

Ana pursued a successful career in Romania, first in international commerce, and later, from 1994, in training bankers operating in the developing enterprise society, reaching senior management level as Head of the Distance Learning Department in the Romanian Banking Institute (RBI), where she part-authored a number of training courses. For 2 years she worked as business development adviser to UNICEF social businesses in Albania, developing and implementing systems, and training staff.
